Thus each person gets support from counselors and other patients in this 24x7 care service. Each patient gets individual attention in this program and thus is able to recover very fast. The inpatient program provides plenty of counseling for patients as well as their families. It can also be useful for those who have undergone outpatient treatment but remain unsuccessful in overcoming addiction. Also those people who are living very far away from drug rehab center or the addict is also suffering from some other medical problems.

The main disadvantage of residential rehab program is that it is very costly. It is not affordable by many people. So this limits its scope because of its high cost. The people are looking mostly for low cost treatment centers.
