It is prepared in many forms for consumption by humans: marijuana or ganja, Hashish or charas, Kief, and Bhang. Its smoke contains some of the cancer-causing components. Its short-term effects include memory loss, distorted perception, low problem solving ability, loss of motor coordination, increased heart rate, dry mouth and throat and anxiety.
