Amphetamine, a prescribed drug is used to operate narcolepsy and attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity among adults and children. Its symptoms are dizziness, blurred vision, or restlessness, and tiredness. Amphetamine is generated to treat asthma, sleep disorders (narcolepsy) and hyperactivity. Amphetamine proves an effective treatment for narcolepsy, as well as other sleeping disorders and it is stimulants of the central nervous system. For pregnant women it is necessary to take advice from their doctors while feeding to their babies.

Amphetamine is bitter in taking by mouth, but it can be used by injection. It is concluded that people can get the treatment as their home-based under this drug. They no need to go to a far distance from their home. Amphetamine are frequently used to induce anxiety disorder, mood disorder, sleep disorder, and sexual dysfunction . In past it was used to diminish appetite and to control weight.

In its short term effects are: it can decrease appetite increase stamina and physical energy, increased sexual drive/response. And in long term effect it can include tremor, restlessness, changed sleep patterns, anxiety and increase in pre-existing anxiety, poor skin condition, hyperreflexia, tachypnea, gastrointestinal narrowing, and weakened immune system.
